NOTE: Your suggested member must either be (A) licensed to practice in one or a combination of jurisdictions for a period of at least fifteen (15) years (prior to 2009), no less than five (5) of which shall be in Tennessee, OR (B) if he/she has not been licensed to practice fifteen (15) years, he/she must have reached the age of fifty (50).
